If, having made your donation, you would then like to cancel it, please contact us within seven days and we will happily refund your donation or membership fee.

To cancel your membership or donation please forward the transaction confirmation email you received to friends@shakespeareschurch.org requesting a refund, alternatively if the transaction confirmation is not available send an email to the same address providing the following details:

• Date of donation
• Card type used
• Amount of donation or type of membership
• Name of card holder
• Contact phone number (in case we need to check your details with you)

NB: For security reasons, please do not send your credit card number by email.

We will then refund your credit card and send you confirmation by email.
