The porch is one of the more recent additions to the building (ca.1500AD) and has a room above it reached by a narrow spiral stone staircase. There is a small door within the massive oak doors, just big enough to let one person through at a time. On this is the sanctuary knocker. |
| We receive a large number of wheelchair visitors to the church every year. To ensure that their visit is enjoyable, improved access is a major priority. Measures including dropping the kerb by the entrance, designated disabled parking bays, and overcoming the step in the porch. All require immediate attention. |
